Chocolate cupcakes

My son loves cupcakes so much, i have to make them every week =) His favorite are chocolate ones!
Ingredients:
for cupcakes:
- 80 g butter, softened
- 150 g self-raising flour
- 120 g caster sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- cocoa powder
for the creamy icing:
- 300 ml double cream
- icing sugar
- cocoa powder
How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Put the cupcake cases into the cupcake tin.
- Mix all the cupcake ingredients into a large bowl and beat until smooth.
- Put the cocoa powder into a bowl and mix until combined.
- Spoon evenly between the paper cases.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until risen and golden brown.
- Cool the cakes until completely cold before icing.
- To make the icing, beat together all the icing ingredients to give a creamy thick icing, then smooth over the cold cupcakes=)
